He holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Valencia (Spain) and has a solid track record in structuring complex legal solutions for the corporate and business sectors.

- He has more than 20 years of experience in corporate legal counsel, specializing in resolving complex issues within the commercial law practice. He provides legal counsel to a large number of business groups operating in Peru and serves as legal counsel to shareholder meetings, boards of directors, and senior management teams of some of the country’s most prominent companies.
